Easy, cheap, quick, delicious. Made it up when this was all I had in the house and served with cous cous and roasted peppers. Ingredients:
chicken thigh |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 garlic cloves |
2 teaspoons ginger |
1 dash soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Make up the marinade with all the ingredients. 2. Add the chicken thighs and leave as long as possible. 3. Put into an oven at 200. 4. Baste occasionally. 5. Take out after 40-45 minutes. |
