Red apple slices baked in a caramel sauce with a hint of spice. Substitute cloves for cinnamon, if you like. Ingredients:
3 large apples, cored and sliced with peel |
1/2 cup caramel topping |
1 pinch ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). 2. Place sliced apples in shallow baking dish and cover with caramel sauce. Sprinkle with cinnamon. 3. Bake in preheated oven 20 minutes, until just tender. |
