This is a great way to get your kids to eat veggies, and it's quick and easy to make! Ingredients:
1 large onion (peeled and sliced) |
250g baby marrows |
200g mushrooms |
2 tbs butter |
1 tsp brown sugar |
Directions:
1. 1. Saute the onions in the butter with the brown sugar. 2. 2. Add the Mushrooms and Baby Marrows and fry until the Mushrooms and Baby Marrows are cooked. 3. 3. Serve with Orange Pork chops and Sour cream and chive Mashed Potatoes. |
