There was a great buy on avocados and I needed to use them before they spoiled. This is great on toasted bagel or pita bread! Ingredients:
1/2 ripe avocado |
2 1/2 teaspoons orange marmalade |
1/8-1/4 teaspoon ginger powder |
Directions:
1. Mash avocado. 2. Stir in marmalade, then the ginger, tasting for potency of ginger. 3. Serve chilled. |
