Sweet And White Potato Spears |

I got this recipe from kraftfoods. It is a great way to incorporate a little sweet potato into your meal. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb sweet potatoes (about 3), cut into spears |
1 1/2 lb russet potatoes (about 3), cut into spears |
1/2 cup italian dressing |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Toss potatoes with dressing 2. Place on lightly greased baking sheet 3. Cook 30 minutes. Turn potatoes. Cook an additional 30 minutes, sprinkling with cheese during the last 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. |
