My daughter never would eat collards until I made this recipe! It is also a healthier way to eat collards...w/out the bacon and/or ham...even though that is good too, but this is now my favorite way to cook greens! Read more ! Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds collard greens - parboiled and drained well |
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root |
Directions:
1. Put drained collards in saucepan and warm. 2. Whisk together next 3 ingredients and pour over collards. 3. Warm thoroughly and serve! |
