This is very similar to sweet and sour chicken. Served over white rice, it is delicious Ingredients:
2 (18 ounce) bottles of honey barbecue sauce |
1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained |
1 green bell pepper, chopped |
1 onion, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Combine all ingredients in covered roasting pan. Bake at 350 for one hour or all day in slow cooker on low. 2. Serve over white rice. |
