This goes great over hot rice Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 cup honey |
3/4 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in a greased baking dish. 2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and microwave about 1 minute or until honey is melted. Stir together to combine. 3. Pour over chicken in baking dish. 4. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake 30 more mintues uncovered. |
