found this in a grocery store flyer and it certainly livens up ribs. Could probably be used on chops or chicken too. Can be used wet or dry. Enjoy
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons kosher salt (or table salt)
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
Directions:
1. Mix all together and store in airtight container. To make a wet rub, simply add 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice and 1 tablespoons vegetable oil. 2. P.S. seasonings can be adjusted to taste of course.
