4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves |
1 1/2 cups paceĀ® picante sauce or thick & chunky salsa |
3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar |
1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard |
3 cups hot cooked regular long-grain white rice |
Directions:
1. Place the chicken into a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Stir the picante sauce, brown sugar and mustard in a small bowl. Pour the picante sauce mixture over the chicken. 2. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with the rice. |
