This is such an easy side for those nights you just want to throw that meat on the grill and be done with supper Ingredients:
2 large zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch slices |
1 tsp. ginger, finely chopped |
1 clove garlic, finely chopped |
2 tsp. canola oil |
1/4 cup sweet and sour sauce |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In skillet, saute zucchini a minute or 2 in oil 2. Add ginger and garlic and cook until zucchini is crisp tender, about 5 minutes 3. Stir in sweet and sour sauce, and add salt and pepper 4. Heat through 5. Done |
