Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen baby lima beans |
1 cup whole-kernel frozen corn (about 1/2 10 oz. pkg.) |
1 cup orange juice |
3 tablespoons rice vinegar or 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
1 1/2 cups raw shredded red cabbage |
Directions:
1. Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Microwave, covered, on high 8 minutes or till vegetables are cooked. 3. Stir in cabbage. 4. Serve warm or chilled. |
