2 cups broccoli florets |
1 medium yellow pepper, cut into stripes |
2 green onions, sliced |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
12 ounces pork tenderloin, cut into pieces |
1/2 cup bottled stir-fry sauce |
hot cooked rice |
1 medium orange, sliced |
Directions:
1. In a large nonstick skillet, cook broccoli, pepper, and onion in hot oil over medium high heat for 4 minutes or until tender crisp. 2. Transfer from skillet to a medium bowl. 3. Add pork to skillet and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until done. 4. Return the vegetables to skillet and add sauce. 5. Stir to coat and heat through. 6. Serve over rice garnished with orange sliced. |
