Ingredients:
2 pounds pork spareribs |
3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar |
cheesecloth |
1 1/2 cups vinegar |
Directions:
1. Place ribs on rack in a broiler pan 6 to 7 inches from heating element. Broil 2 minutes. 2. Place sugar in cheesecloth, and tie securely. Dip into vinegar. Rub cheesecloth bag over ribs several times. Continue broiling ribs 8 minutes, basting frequently. Turn ribs, and broil an additional 8 minutes, basting with sugar bag. Cut ribs into serving-size pieces. |
