Ingredients:
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 cups packaged coleslaw
1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
1/3 cup thinly vertically sliced red onion
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add coleslaw, bell pepper, and onion, tossing to coat. Cover and chill 10 minutes. Toss well before serving.
