Ingredients:
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
4 cups packaged coleslaw |
1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper |
1/3 cup thinly vertically sliced red onion |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add coleslaw, bell pepper, and onion, tossing to coat. Cover and chill 10 minutes. Toss well before serving. |
