Sweet And Sour Shrimp Fish Or Pork |

This is an easy recipe to prepare and enjoy it if you love sweet and sour flavors... can be prepared with shrimps, fish or pork. Ingredients:
2 lb shrimps, fish or pork |
3 tablespoons salad oil |
2 1/2 cups of pineapple chunks and juice |
2 teaspoons ground ginger |
1 green pepper |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup sugar |
pinch of salt |
2 tablespoons of soy sauce |
2 1/2 teaspoons of cornstarch |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in saucepan, toss in shrimp and cook for 5 min. Stir constantly. 2. Now pour in pineapple juice, add ground ginger, pepper cut in strips, vinegar, sugar, salt and soy sauce. Cook over low fire for 2 min. 3. Spoon out a little of the liquid and mix with the cornstarch until you have a smooth paste. 4. Pour back into meta mixture and cook slowly, stirring constantly until the liquid is transparent and slightly tic. 5. Serve with fluffy, pipping hot rice. |
