Sweet and Sour Shrimp Ingredients:
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon ketchup |
1/3 teaspoon cornstarch |
1/6 teaspoon salt |
8 ounces shrimp |
6 ounces green sweet pepper |
8 ounces pineapple |
86 g white rice |
Directions:
1. Cook rice, reserve a small amount of cooking liquid. 2. Toss shrimp, fruit, and vegetables into cooked rice over low heat and stir until shrimp turns pink. 3. Mix first six ingredients to make sauce. |
