Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) packages sausages, miniature, smoked |
2 tablespoons unsalted butter |
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can peaches, sliced, drained, halved |
1 cup chili sauce |
3/4 cup granulated sugar |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1 teaspoon onion, dried, minced |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F & grease a 2-quart baking dish. 2. In a large skillet, brown sausages in butter. 3. In a large bowl, stir together the peaches, chili sauce, sugar, ketchup, onion & curry powder, then stir in the sausages. 4. Transfer to the prepared baking dish & bake for 30 minutes, then stir, before baking for another 15 minutes or until bubbly. |
