Sweet and Sour Sauce

Another recipe my Chef friend gave me. Another sauce I make a few days ahead when I know I am having Chinese food. I find it a not too sweet sauce which is what I like.
Ingredients:
4 ounces ketchup
4 ounces white vinegar
6 ounces water
14 ounces sugar
2 lemons (juiced)
2 ounces water
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Directions:
1. Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil on High, stirring constantly.
2. Mix in a small bowl water and cornstarch and add to boiling mixture. Boil for 1 minute and take off heat. Pour into covered container and refrigerate.
