This recipe is a great alternative to the Chinese restaurants! Ingredients:
3/4 cup white sugar |
1/8 cup white vinegar |
2/3 cup water |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon ketchup |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
Directions:
1. Place the sugar, vinegar, water, soy sauce, honey, ketchup and cornstarch in a medium saucepan, and bring to a boil. Stir continuously until the mixture has thickened. |
