You may make this spicy by adding cayenne pepper to taste. Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons rice vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
2 tablespoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Cook briefly over low heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Taste and add more vinegar if necessary. 2. Cool before serving, or use as a basting sauce. |
