This is a recipe I have been using for many years. Wonderful for sweet and sour ribs or great served over meatballs. The recipe came from my sister-in law many years ago. Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 small onion |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 cup water |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 tablespoon cornstarch, in about |
1/4 cup water (approximate) |
Directions:
1. boil together then thicken with cornstarch to desired thickness. |
