Another reciped tasted at the Holiday Tasting event I went too..This was really good as well...Im thinking about making this for my family this year. Ingredients:
1 can sauerkraut, drained |
1 cup chopped celery |
1/4 cup chopped green pepper |
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and cider vinegar in suacepan and bring to a boil. 2. Pour over kraut, celery, onions and peppers. 3. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight. |
