3 cups thinly sliced red onion |
1 cup red wine vinegar |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper |
1/2 cup white vinegar |
3 tablespoons coriander seeds, crushed |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 5 ingredients; cover and refrigerate for 3 hours. Drain onion; place in a bowl. Stir in white vinegar, coriander, and oil. |
