Modified from another recipe for those watching their weight Ingredients:
500 g ground lean pork |
1 cup breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk |
2 egg whites |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1 cup water |
1 tablespoon prepared mustard |
Directions:
1. mix first 6 ingredients and make into 12 meatballs. 2. place in baking dish. 3. mix remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. 4. bake at 325F for 4o minutes. |
