I got this recipe from Nancyskitchen. Ingredients:
2 boneless loin pork chops |
1 tsp. canola oil |
about 5 oz prepared sweet and sour sauce |
1-8 oz ccan pineapple chunks |
hot cooked white rice |
Directions:
1. Brown pork chops in oil for about 7 minutes on each side. 2. When you have finished browning the meat, add the sweet and sour sauce and pineapple chunks (I drain half of the juice off) to the pan. Cover and cook about 3-5 minutes more or until sauce thickens and pineapple is warm. 3. Serve over cooked rice. |
