16 ounce(s) cranberry sauce |
12 ounce(s) chili sauce |
1/4 cup(s) orange marmalade |
1/4 cup(s) water |
2 tablespoon(s) red wine or balsamic vinegar |
3/4 teaspoon(s) dried pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Meatball Ingredients: 2. lbs ground chuck 3. lg eggs 4. /3 cup dry bread crumbs 5. tsp salt 6. /2 tsp pepper 7. /2 tsp garlic powder 8. sliced chopped onion 9. Cook meatballs, in batches, in large skillet over med. heat 10. until brown all sides about 5 min, remove and drain on paper towels 11. SAUCE: 12. can cranberry sauce- 16oz 13. oz jar chili sauce ( found next to Ketchup in store) 14. /4 cup orange marmalade 15. /4 cup water 16. tablespoon red wine or balsamic vinegar 17. /4 tsp dried red pepper flakes 18. Whisk together in large dutch oven over med heat for 5 min. 19. or until smooth. 20. Add meatballs-reduce heat to low and stir occassionally- 15 to 20 min until 21. centers are no longer pink. |
