This is a good recipe that I came up with combining two different recipes togerther and coming out with a get recipe that is really good. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups golden brown sugar |
1 cup ketchup |
1 cup white vinegar |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups water |
2 lbs lean ground beef |
1 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs |
3 eggs |
1/2 small minced onion |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup milk |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Make the sauce by whisking all ingredients together. You might have some left over. Keep it you can use it later for something else . 2. Mix ingredients together for the meatballs. 3. Roll them into small balls. 4. Fry in hot oil until nicely browned. 5. Remove meatballs from skillet and put meatballs in a casserole or baking dish. 6. Pour sweet and sour sauce over meatballs. 7. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
