my sister makes this often as an appetizer. i use it as cocktail food, with toothpicks Ingredients:
1 lb chopped beef |
3/4 cup breadcrumbs, seasoned |
1 egg |
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce |
2 bottles chili sauce |
Directions:
1. mix first 3 ingredients, shape into walnut sized balls. 2. bake in 350 ovem until browned on both sides (or microwave on hi 5 mins, in 2 batches) remove, heat sauces in pot on stovetop to boiling,, add meatballs. 3. cover and simmer 40 minutes. |
