Sweet and Sour Meatball Skewers |

I found this recipe in the American Journal magazine today. I plan on making this tomorrow night for dinner. Ingredients:
32 frozen fully cooked meatballs, thawed |
1 red pepper, cut into 1 inch squares |
1 green pepper, cut into 1 inch squares |
1/4 cup apricot jam |
1/4 cup barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat grill. Thread meatballs and peppers alternately onto 4 skewers. 2. Microwave jam in small bowl on high for 15 seconds. Stir in barbecue sauce. Brush 1/2 onto kabobs. 3. Grill 8 to 10 minutes or until meatballs are heated through and peppers are crisp tender, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining jam mixture the last 2 minutes. |
