                    Easy side-dish recipe with lots of flavor. Even people who claim they don't like sauerkraut will like this. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                3 cans bavarian sauerkraut, do not drain (i use bush's brand)  |  
                                                1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, do not drain  |  
                                                1 (12 ounce) can mushrooms, drained  |  
                                                1 large onion, sliced  |  
                                                1 lb bacon  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Cut the bacon into pieces and fry; drain. 3. Combine with remaining ingredients and bake uncovered 1 hour.                              |
