Great with seafood, chicken, and rice paper and spring rolls. Ingredients:
60 ml white vinegar |
100 g caster sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons water |
1/4 lebanese cucumber, seeded, chopped finely |
Directions:
1. Combine vinegar, sugar and the water in a small saucepan; stir until sugar is dissolved. Boil, uncovered for 3 minutes, cool. 2. Transfer to serving bowl and stir in cucumber. |
