Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls

A great American-Chinese dish that is tangy and great.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg, mixed with
water
4 pre- cooked chicken breasts, cut into cubes and put into batter
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions:
1. Drop each chicken chunk into hot oil and fry until golden. Takes about 6 minutes.
2. Serve with rice or noodles.
