Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls |

A great American-Chinese dish that is tangy and great. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 egg, mixed with |
water |
4 pre- cooked chicken breasts, cut into cubes and put into batter |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup water |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
Directions:
1. Drop each chicken chunk into hot oil and fry until golden. Takes about 6 minutes. 2. Serve with rice or noodles. |
