This recipe is from the 1998 edition of the Kingsport,TN Ladies Auxillary Cookbook given to me by my husband's Grandmother. The recipe was submitted by Linda and Iona Salver.
Ingredients:
8 oz.russian dressing
8 oz. apricot preserves
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/4 c. water
pineapple rings
green onion, cut into rings
4 boneless chicken breast
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place chicken in cooking sprayed baking dish.
3. Mix dressing, onion soup, preserves and water.
4. Pour over chicken.and cover with tin foil.
5. Bake for 25 minutes.
6. Uncover and garnish with pineapple and green pepper rings.
7. Bake for another 25 minutes or until no longer pink.
