when u get tired of plain o boiled or fried cassava this will do it for u Ingredients:
3 pounds yuca (cassava), cut into small dice (about 3 cups) |
salted water |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1-1/2 tablespoons brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Cook the yuca in the salted water for 25 minutes. Drain and set aside. 2. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the soy sauce and sugar. When butter mixture starts to bubble, add the yuca. Saute over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. |
