This is really good and way easy. For low carb cookers this is great! Ingredients:
3 slices bacon |
4 cups shredded cabbage (or subsitute cole slaw cut in produce) |
2 t cider vinegar |
2 tsp splenda (can use sugar if you feel the need) |
Directions:
1. In skillet cook bacon until crisp. Remove and place on paper towels. 2. Add cabbage to bacon grease and saute until tender-crisp. 3. Stir in the vinegar and Splenda, crumble bacon, and serve. 4. This can be served over rice, egg noodles, or by itself. |
