8 skinless boneless chicken thighs
1 cup(s) chicken broth
1 teaspoon(s) chipotle chili powder
1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
1 red bell pepper in 1 inch pieces
Directions:
1. PUT POTATOES IN SLOW COOKER
2. SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER
3. TOP WITH CHICKEN
4. POUR BROTH OVER ALL & SPRINKLE WITH CHILI AND GARLIC
5. SCATTER BELL PEPPER OVER TOP
6. COVER AND COOK 5 HOURS ON LOW
7. I USED CREOLE SEASONING INSTEAD OF CHILI AND CHOPPED ONION INSTEAD OF GARLIC
