Sweet and Savory Brisket in a Bag |

The sandwiches the next day are awesome. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons flour, divided |
5 lbs beef brisket, trimmed |
1 (14 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (1 1/2 ounce) envelope onion soup mix |
Directions:
1. Place 1 tablespoon flour in a large roasting bag. 2. shake to coat. 3. place bag in an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan. 4. place brisket in bag. 5. combine the cranberry sauce, soup, tomato sauce, soup mix and remaining flour and pour over beef. 6. seal bag. 7. cut slits in top of bag. 8. bake at 325 for 3 hours. 9. slice beef aganist the grain and serve with the gravy. |
