Use to make Chinese style spareribs, over chicken, or fish. Ingredients:
1/4 cup plum sauce |
1/4 cup hoisin sauce |
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger |
2 tablespoons minced scallions |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
2 tablespoons red chili paste or 2 tablespoons sambal oelek |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. May be refrigerated up to one week. |
