Got a couple of boring white fish fillets and want to jazz them up without spending hours in the kitchen? This is delicious (and lives up to its name!). Excellent with Chilean sea bass ... delicious results with salmon as well! And packaged in a pretty jar, it makes a nice gift for a special seafood lover! Ingredients:
8 teaspoons paprika |
2 teaspoons cumin |
2 teaspoons sugar |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons pepper |
1 teaspoon clove |
cayenne pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and use as a rub for firm white fish such as Chilean sea bass or orange roughy, or also wonderful with salmon. 2. Grill, broil, bake or pan-fry fish as usual. |
