Sweet and Easy Green Smoothie |

a light green barely sweet smoothie Ingredients:
2 bananas, peeled |
3 oranges, peeled and quartered |
1 head romaine lettuce |
1 small bunch red grapes |
4 cups ice water |
Directions:
1. In a Vita-Mix or Health Master blender add ingredients in order listed Blend all ingredients at medium and then high speed til smooth. Serve chilled will keep 2-3 days in refrigerator. 2. This recipe is from Living Well with Montel Williams. the addition of the grapes is mine. Added to increase a bit of sweetness in the smoothie. |
