Sweet And Crunchy Coleslaw

I love this coleslaw. It tastes better when made with fresh cabbage, but out of convenience I use the pre-shredded bags and it works fine too.
Ingredients:
1 16 oz. package shredded cabbage or 1 head cabbage shredded
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
toasted slivered almonds
Directions:
1. Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl or ziploc bag
2. add to the cabbage
3. toss until well coated
4. add toasted almonds
5. eat and enjoy!
