Sweer-And-Sour Meat Loaf

a recipe from a ground beef cookbook. this is a microwave recipe.
Ingredients:
1 egg
5 tablespoons ketchup, divided
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons onion soup mix
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Directions:
1. in a bowl, lightly beat the egg.
2. add 2 tablespoons of ketchup, mustard, bread crumbs, soup mix , salt and pepper.
3. crumble beef over mixture .
4. mix well.
5. shape into an oval loaf.
6. place in a shallow 1 quart microwave-safe dish.
7. cover with waxed paper.
8. microwave on high for 11-12 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, rotating a half turn once.
9. drain.
10. in a small bowl, combine the sugars, vinegar and remaining ketchup.
11. drizzle over the meat loaf.
12. cover and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
13. let meat loaf stand for 10 minutes, bnefore slicing.
