Ingredients:
olive oil
2 1/2-lg whole(s) onions diced
5 tablespoon(s) garlic minced
5-8 oz can(s) mushrooms sliced
10 pound(s) meatballs frozen
5-26 oz can(s) cream of mushroom soup
5 pint(s) sour cream
5 package(s) liption onion soup mix
Directions:
1. In a large saute pan, add olive oil to cover bottom of pan
2. Saute onions & garlic until soft
3. Add sliced mushrooms
4. In a large stock pot combine frozen meatballs with onions, garlic, and mushrooms
5. In a large mixing bowel add cream of muchroom soup, sour cream & Lipton Onion Soup mix
6. Add salt & pepper to taste
7. Mix thoroughly
8. Add gravy mixture to meatballs
9. Cook on low heat for 1 hr (or until meatballs are hot), stirring occasionally
