Used by the Swedish people with their traditional gravlax, it is good with any poached fish. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons french mustard |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
chopped fresh dill |
kosher salt |
fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix first three ingredients together with whisk. 2. Add dill (use dried dill weed if you don't have fresh), salt and pepper to your taste. 3. Let set at room temperature for at least one hour before serving. 4. Serve over poached fish. |
