Ingredients:
4 pork loin chops, 1/2-inch thick |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
2 tablespoons flour |
2 tablespoons oil |
Directions:
1. Mix salt, pepper, ginger and flour. 2. Dust chops with mixture. 3. In heavy skillet, brown chops lightly on both sides in hot oil. 4. Lower heat and cook until done, about 20 minutes. |
