These are very good. Would be great with other fillings as well. Ingredients:
1 -2 egg |
2 cups milk |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 cup flour, sifted |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
2 -3 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 -1 1/2 cup powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine eggs, milk and butter, beating well. 2. Sift flour, salt, and sugar together. 3. Beat well. 4. Cook as a pancake. 5. Batter will be crepe thin. 6. Spread with filling; roll and sprinkle with powdered sugar. |
