My aunt gave me this recipe with my wedding shower gift. Great for the holidays! Ingredients:
1 lb salted nuts |
6 tablespoons butter, melted |
2 egg whites |
1 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. 2. Add sugar; beat until blended. 3. Stir in nuts until covered. 4. Spread nuts in melted butter in a 9x13 inch pan. 5. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees; stir every 10 minutes. 6. Let cool in pan. 7. Pecans work great! |
