Here is a wonderful coffee cake that can be baked in your bundt pan and tastes so good with coffee or tea, very enjoyable - Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1/2 cup pecans |
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Combine all ingredients. 3. Bake for 25-35 minutes. |
