2. FOR THE MEATBALLS:
3. lb. ground beef
4. /3 cup milk
5. /2 cup bread crumbs
6. egg
7. tsp. onion powder
8. tsp. salt
9. /4 tsp. nutmeg (not required)
10. Pepper to taste
11. FOR THE SAUCE:
12. (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
13. /2 cup sour cream
14. /2 cup milk
15. Kitchen Bouquet for color (not required)

17. TO MAKE THE MEATBALLS:
18. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
19. Mix all ingredients for the meatballs together. Shape into balls. Place on cookie sheet.
20. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or until browned.
21. Remove meatballs from oven and place in a casserole dish.
22. Turn oven temperature to 350 degrees F.
23. TO MAKE THE SAUCE:
24. Stir together ingredients for the sauce and combine with the meatballs in the casserole.
25. Bake, covered, in 350 degree F oven for 1 hour. Let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving.
